Guess the Jelly Beans Competition – Official Rules

  1. Organizer
    This competition is organized by South East Asia Sails (SEA Sailmakers).

  2. Eligibility

    • Open to all attendees of the 2025 Annapolis Sailboat Show who submit a valid entry.

    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  3. How to Enter

    • Visit the Guess The Jelly Bean page on our website during the Annapolis Sailboat Show and submit your guess for the number of jelly beans in the jar.

    • Entries must be received by 12th October 2025 5:00 PM

  4. Winner Selection

    • The participant whose guess is closest to the actual number of jelly beans will win.

    • In the event of a tie, the tied participants’ names will be placed into a random draw to determine the winner.

  5. Prize

    • One (1) custom spinnaker, made by SEA Sailmakers.

    • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

    • The winner will work directly with SEA Sailmakers to design and arrange production of the custom spinnaker.

  6. Announcement & Notification

    • The winner will be announced on 23rd October 2025 and contacted via the email address provided at entry.

    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, SEA Sailmakers reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  7. Data Protection

    • Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

  8. General

    • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • SEA Sailmakers reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
