Return Policy

At South East Asia Sailmakers, each product is manufactured with care and inspected before shipment. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

No Returns Policy

All sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed and production has begun. We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Product no longer required

  • Minor variations in colour, finish, or material that occur during manufacturing

Please ensure all specifications, measurements, and product selections are correct before confirming your order.

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers issues caused by:

  • Faults in workmanship

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Structural failures under normal and intended use

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation or use

  • Accidents or external damage

  • Environmental conditions (including extreme weather, UV degradation, salt exposure, or misuse)

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

  • Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the problem

Our team will review the claim and advise on the next steps.
