A Productive Week at SEA Sailmakers: High Roach Mainsails, Lazy Bags, and Custom Sails Around the Globe

This week at South East Asia Sails (SEA Sailmakers) has been packed with exciting projects and global deliveries! We’ve worked hard to ensure that our customers receive high-quality, custom sails and accessories, tailored to their specific needs.

One of our major projects was the repair of a huge High Roach Mainsail for our friends at Island Spirit, ensuring they are ready to hit the water. We also handled repairs on the Mainsail and Headsails for Asia Marine, keeping their fleet in top condition.

On the production side, the sailmaking team has been busy. We completed a Full Batten Mainsail for a Tartan 27 Yawl that is headed to Virginia. For our friends at Dream Yacht Charters, we crafted a Lazy Bag for their impressive Dream 82 Catamaran. We also produced a Full Batten Mainsail for a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42.2, which is en route to St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Our team also made a Full Batten Mainsail and Roller Furling Genoa for a Beneteau Oceania 350, which is ready to set sail for the Annapolis Boat Show. In addition, a Roller Furling Genoa for a Catalina 470 is all set to make its way to Miami. Another Lazy Bag for a Fountaine Pajot Saba 50 was completed for our friends at Dream Yacht Charters, enhancing their fleet with top-quality SEA Sails gear.

We also made a Roller Furling Genoa for a Carter 36, which is now packed and ready to head to Ontario, Canada, and a Boom Cover for a Catalina 27 Tall Rig bound for San Francisco.

It has been a truly global week, with sails and accessories heading to various parts of the world—from Miami to Ontario, Annapolis to St. John, and San Francisco. Our sailmaking team continues to focus on delivering premium sails that meet the demands of our diverse clients while ensuring quality craftsmanship.

As always, we are incredibly grateful to our clients for trusting SEA Sailmakers with their projects. If you're in need of custom sails, Lazy Bags, or sail repairs, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our expert team. Stay tuned for more updates as we gear up for another busy week and prepare for the Annapolis Boat Show.
