Another Busy Week at SEA Sailmakers – Despite the Flu!

It’s been a challenging few days here at SEA Sailmakers, with half the team down due to a flu epidemic sweeping across the island. Despite this, the rest of the team has been pushing forward, ensuring that sails and projects are completed on time.

New Sails & Projects Completed

This week, we wrapped up some exciting sailmaking projects, including:

  • A Mainsail & Roller Furling Genoa for a Catalina 30 Std Rig, now on its way to Mexico

  • A Furling Code Zero for our friends at Elite Charters/Island Spirit Charters

  • A Trampoline for a Custom Power Catamaran

New Designs in Progress

While production has been moving at full speed, our design team has also been hard at work. We have begun designing sails for the Island Spirit 525 and Island Spirit 410 Catamarans—exciting projects that we’re looking forward to seeing come to life.

Pushing Through & Looking Ahead

With flu season taking its toll, we’re hoping for a swift recovery for our team members who are unwell. Despite the challenges, we remain committed to delivering quality sails and repairs for our customers.

As always, we appreciate your continued support and trust in SEA Sailmakers. Stay tuned for more updates, and if you’re out sailing with our sails, we’d love to see photos!

Let me know if you’d like any changes or additions.
