Busy Days at SEA Sailmakers – Custom Sails, Trusted Repairs & Happy Sailors Worldwide
The last few days at SEA Sailmakers Thailand have been all go—and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Between our sailmaking and repair teams, we’ve had our hands full with a range of custom orders and ongoing support for our private and charter clients alike.
New Sails Ready to Fly
Our sailmaking team has been focused on delivering high-performance sails to clients near and far. Recently completed:
A Power Head Mainsail for a Hunter 27 Edge, heading out to Polk City, Florida.
A Square Top Mainsail for a Corsair F-28, also set to turn heads on the Pattaya racing circuit.
A Short Batten Mainsail for a Dufour 280, soon to be cruising the beautiful Cornish Coast in the UK.
We’re always proud to see our sails being used across the globe, from tropical bays to cool Atlantic waters.
Sail Repairs – Keeping Boats Charter-Ready in Thailand
Our repair team has, as usual, been going above and beyond—working overtime to patch, reinforce, and repair sails for both private owners and some of Thailand’s most active charter fleets.
This past week, we’ve serviced sails from boats like Beneteau Oceanis, Jeanneau Sun Odyssey, Bavaria Cruiser, Hanse Yachts, Lagoon Catamarans, and Fountaine Pajot. Charter companies we’ve supported include Sunsail, The Moorings, Dream Yacht Charters, Elite Charters, Max Marine, and Faraway Yachting—ensuring their boats remain in top shape for sailing around the islands of Phuket, Krabi, and beyond.
Thank You for Sharing Your Sails in Action!
We’re always thrilled to see SEA Sails out in the world—and even more grateful when you share your moments with us.
A huge thank-you to our friends in Pattaya for the awesome video of your SEA Sails powering a Corsair F-28—it’s always exciting to see our sails pushing performance on the water.
Thanks to Chris in North Carolina, for sharing a stunning photo of your SEA Sails Genoa flying on your Island Packet 38.
And a big shoutout to Terry in Wayland, MI, for sending in a great shot of your new SEA Sails mainsail on your O’Day Daysailer—looking sharp out there!
Whether you're racing multihulls in Thailand, cruising the US coastline, or chartering around the Andaman Sea, SEA Sailmakers is here to keep you powered, protected, and ready to sail.
