SEA Sails Update – New Sails, Trusted Repairs & a New Office in Chalong!
It’s been a productive few weeks here at SEA Sails, filled with exciting new builds, custom sail solutions, and great conversations with our ever-growing community of sailors. With the sailing season winding down in Thailand, we’re still firing on all cylinders—both at the sewing machines and in the field.
🛠 Sail Repairs & Trampolines
Our repair team has completed work on a wide range of monohulls and catamarans, including familiar names like Beneteau, Jeanneau, Bavaria, and Lagoon Catamarans. We’ve been keeping plenty of charter yachts shipshape, including vessels from The Moorings, Dream Yacht Charters, and Elite Charters.
We’ve also been busy with trampoline work, completing custom trampolines for a Lagoon 52 and a Lagoon 620—always a fun (and very large!) job.
⛵ New Sails Heading Around the World
In the sail loft, our sailmakers have been hard at work building custom sails headed for all corners of the globe:
A Roller Furling Genoa for a Cape Dory 25, now en route to Boothbay, Maine.
A Roller Furling Genoa for one of the Bavaria Cruiser 34s in the @groupislandspirit charter fleet—thanks for your continued support!
A Full Batten Mainsail for a J/24—soon to be seen sailing around Albuquerque, New Mexico.
An In-Mast Furling Mainsail for an Amel Super Maramu, boxed and ready to ship to Norco, California.
A Full Batten Mainsail for a classic Camper & Nicholsons yacht, now heading off to Tucson, Arizona.
📸 Thank You for Sharing the Love!
We’re always thrilled when our customers share photos of their SEA Sails in action. Huge thanks to:
Sam for the great shot of his new Lazy Bag in place on his Islander 24.
Sebastian for those awesome photos of his asymmetrical spinnaker flying proudly on his Westerly Tiger 25.
Anton, whose Malo 40 looks fantastic flying its new SEA Sails Genoa.
And Olivia from @wildernessofwaves for her amazing video mash-up—your creativity and feedback mean the world!
📍 New Office Now Open in Chalong!
We're also proud to announce that our new office is now open just off Chalong Pier! If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by and say hello. No more long drives to the north of the island—meeting us just got a whole lot easier.
Whether you need a new set of sails, a lazy bag, a storm jib, or a trampoline, the SEA Sails team is ready to help. Thank you all for your continued support and for keeping us inspired every single day.
Fair winds and following seas,
The SEA Sails Team
