SEA Sailmakers Weekly Update – From Repairs to New Builds, Our Sails Are Everywhere
It’s been another busy week at the loft, with our team splitting time between new builds and a steady stream of sail repairs from some of the world’s most recognized fleets.
✤ Sail Repairs for Global Charter Fleets
We’ve been proud to support our charter partners once again, with repairs completed for:
Group Island Spirit
Dream Yacht Charters
Sunsail
The Moorings
Among these jobs were:
Fountaine Pajot sails built by Incidence Sails
Leopard Catamaran sails crafted by Ullman Sails
A Rolly Tasker sail for a Lagoon Catamaran
Keeping charter fleets moving is always a challenge, but thanks to our skilled repair team, these sails are back in action and ready for many more miles at sea.
✤ New Sails Leaving the Loft
Alongside the repair work, we’ve been building and boxing up a range of custom sails for boats big and small, heading to destinations near and far:
Catalina 30 Std Rig – Short Batten Mainsail soon to be hoisted in Saugus, MA
Jeanneau Sun 2000 – Short Batten Mainsail and 135% Roller Furling Genoa heading to Niederösterreich, Austria
Catalina 22 Std Rig – Short Batten Mainsail boxed and ready for Snohomish, Washington
S2 9.2A – Furling Jib destined for Laurence Harbor, New Jersey
Jeanneau 409 – Roller Furling Genoa off to Shute Harbour, Queensland
Cape Dory 25 – Asymmetrical Spinnaker carefully folded for delivery to Boothbay, Maine

Farr 37 – a cool black Roller Furling Genoa soon to be flying in New South Wales
✤ Thank You to Our Clients
Every week, we’re reminded how lucky we are to work with such an incredible community of sailors, cruisers, and charter partners. While no photos came in this week, we’re deeply grateful to all of you who trust us with your sails — whether it’s repairing a well-traveled genoa or building a brand-new mainsail for your next adventure. Your support keeps our loft buzzing and our team motivated to deliver the very best.
Fair winds and following seas,
